About This Role
- Lead migration of Oracle BI and BI Publisher reports to Power BI, ensuring accuracy and preserved functionality.
- Develop and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and strong data modeling practices.
- Optimize SQL queries and support data extraction and performance tuning for large datasets within Oracle environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Hands-on experience building production-ready Power BI reports using DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Practical knowledge of Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), OBIEE, and/or BI Publisher including understanding existing report logic.
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle database experience, including query optimization and data validation.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical reporting solutions and validating report accuracy before release.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise report migrations from Oracle BI platforms to Power BI in client-facing environments.
- Comfortable collaborating across business stakeholders, data engineers, and distributed teams for delivery and issue resolution.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex reporting and data issues with a focus on maintaining report quality during modernization.
