About This Role
- Manage and support a designated technology application portfolio including configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and upgrades.
- Provide architectural design, analysis, and leadership on projects ranging from small to large complexity depending on level (Level I to Senior).
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for break/fix ticket resolution and act as a liaison between technical and business departments to meet requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or equivalent experience and training.
- Work Experience Required: 0-3 years for Level I, 3-7 years for Level II, and 7+ years for Senior level in application & system development and management utilizing the .NET Framework.
- Experience with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies is required from Level II onwards; knowledge is a plus for Level I.
- Participation in 24x7 on-call rotation required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has progressively advanced experience in .NET application development and system management spanning from small to large software implementations.
- Experience leading projects and providing technical leadership with increasing independence and judgment at higher levels.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL Server or Oracle) and domain-specific systems like LIMS, Specimen Management, and Lab Instrument Interfaces preferred but not mandatory.
