About This Role
- Manage and maintain technology application portfolio including configuration, monitoring, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Lead architectural design and analysis for projects with complexity ranging from small to large based on experience level.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for break/fix ticket resolution and liaise between technical and business departments to meet requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent experience and training.
- Experience with application & system development and management using the .NET Framework: Level I: up to 3 years, Level II: 3-7 years, Senior: 7+ years.
- Familiarity with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years for Senior level; 3-7 years for Level II; up to 3 years for Level I.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading medium to large software implementation projects, especially within .NET environment.
- Capable of independent judgment and providing architectural leadership on complex projects.
- Knowledgeable in database management (SQL Server or Oracle) and preferably experienced with LIMS systems, laboratory operations, HL7 standards, and ERP/CRM systems.
