About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to translate business requirements into secure, high-quality technical solutions adhering to Salesforce best practices.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to ongoing system improvements within Agile/Scrum development processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 4 years of software development experience including experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and understanding of Salesforce security model.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack Salesforce developer skilled in both frontend (LWC) and backend (Apex, APIs) development.
- Familiar with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-driven solutions indicating ability to handle advanced Salesforce capabilities.
- Comfortable operating in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver robust, scalable Salesforce applications.
