About This Role
- Own and expand the institutional partnerships portfolio, managing donor relationships and meeting annual revenue targets.
- Lead end-to-end grant lifecycle including identifying opportunities, developing complex proposals, negotiating grants, and ensuring compliance.
- Represent the organisation at donor meetings and sector events to build long-term strategic partnerships.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in institutional fundraising, business development, or partnerships in the development sector.
- Proven track record of securing and managing large-scale grants from institutional donors.
- Deep understanding of gender and human rights landscape; prior experience in gender rights organizations highly desirable.
- Location: Delhi
