About This Role
- Make at least 120 outbound calls daily to leads interested in hair and skin treatments to understand their needs and schedule clinic appointments.
- Manage basic front desk operations including welcoming clients, answering calls, booking/rescheduling appointments, billing assistance, and maintaining reception area.
- Contribute to achieving monthly appointment and walk-in targets for the clinic.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or inside sales.
- Graduate degree required.
- Ability to make 120+ calls per day and communicate clearly in Hindi and English.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week including weekends as per roster.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in sales roles with a focus on telecalling or inside sales, particularly in clinic, healthcare, salon, or wellness sectors.
- Comfortable working in target-driven environments requiring high calling volume and appointment booking.
- Capable of multitasking between sales calls and front desk responsibilities in a fast-paced clinic setting.
