About This Role
- Accountable for directing the design, development, and implementation of new software applications and system upgrades to meet business and client requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of Software Application Developers to achieve team and individual objectives, ensuring project delivery within budget and timelines.
- Oversee testing, documentation, training, and support for applications, while collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, cost-benefit analyses, and risk management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- Certification in programming languages (e.g., Java, Perl, Python, C++) preferred; Scrum or Project Management certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in software application development and managing software projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Work Experience Required: Demonstrated experience in a similar role; Hybrid working environment.

- Experienced in managing multiple software development projects simultaneously within budget and deadlines.
- Skilled in translating business and client needs into technical solutions and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with multi-technology application and infrastructure design best practices and holistic technology environments including hardware, applications, databases, and storage.
