About This Role
- Own the product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for People Insights and Organizational Effectiveness analytics and AI-enabled products.
- Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle of analytics, reporting, and AI tools supporting workforce planning, talent management, and executive decision-making.
- Manage and develop a team of product managers while ensuring governance, privacy, and compliance within a regulated enterprise environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, analytics, technology strategy, consulting, or related fields with significant leadership of product teams and portfolios.
- Strong expertise in analytics, data science, machine learning, AI product development including Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across business, technology, and control functions in a large enterprise.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant domains including enterprise-scale analytics and AI product delivery.
