About This Role
- Serve as the sole finance point of contact for IND IMEA performance unit, partnering with leadership to translate strategy into financial execution and measurable outcomes.
- Drive end-to-end business performance management including EBIT, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and profitability improvements.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance financial planning, reporting and decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: CA, MBA Finance, or equivalent in Finance/Accounting.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years progressive finance leadership in multinational organizations covering full value chain.
- Proven experience with AI, Copilot, and digital finance tools for planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Willingness to relocate internationally; experience working in international markets and managing diverse stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced strategic finance leader comfortable influencing senior business leaders and driving business growth and profitability.
- Proficient in translating complex financial data into actionable insights supporting strategic decisions in multicultural, matrix environments.
- Strong expertise in digital finance transformation and driving adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation within finance functions.
