About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and use cases.
- Support project planning, testing, monitoring progress, and assist in change management and user training activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, business analysis tools, and knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in collaborating across Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams to translate business needs into actionable functional specifications and user stories.
- Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing effectively within complex development environments.
- Familiar with driving improvements in business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
