About This Role
- Design, program, and execute employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and performance management activities to support business objectives.
- Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to improve employee experience, retention, and talent advocacy through data-driven insights and action plans.
- Lead a team of 2-4 professionals and drive key talent programs including rewards and recognition, onboarding, and exit processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in HR, Business Management, or relevant HR certification required.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience; prior Engagement Specialist experience mandatory.
- Experience working with leadership and managing multiple concurrent assignments independently.
- Location: Hyderabad; Shift timing: 11 AM to 8 PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in talent engagement and performance management within large or consulting environments, preferably Big 4 or regional accounting firms.
- Capable of strategic partnering with business leaders and business advisors to influence talent-related outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and manage complex employee engagement programs with attention to detail and stakeholder management.
