About This Role
- Design, build, test, and deploy generative-AI agents and copilots to automate and augment trading and analyst workflows, driving measurable business impact and trading earnings growth.
- Partner across product lines to identify high-value AI use cases, evaluate new data sources, and implement reusable, well-governed AI agents and interfaces.
- Establish agent design patterns and guardrails to ensure reliability, safety, consistency, token-efficiency, and responsible AI compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, typically 3 years or more preferred.
- Demonstrated experience building generative-AI applications or agents including prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling.
- Knowledge of agricultural trading business and understanding of valuable trading information.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with deploying LLM-powered agents and copilots in production and familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
- Understanding of commodity trading markets and analyst/trading workflows, able to redesign workflows around AI.
- Capable of independently solving moderately complex AI implementation issues with minimal supervision while collaborating cross-functionally.
