About This Role
- Lead and support HR transformation initiatives including operating model redesign, organization design, and workforce transformation.
- Conduct assessments, stakeholder engagements, workshops, and change impact analyses to design future-state HR solutions.

Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in HR transformation or organizational change management.
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or ServiceNow HRSD.
- Understanding of OCM methodologies including Prosci ADKAR and experience in change impact assessments and stakeholder management.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years explicitly mentioned.
