About This Role
- Lead design, build, and maintenance of large-scale enterprise data platforms, data lakes, and cloud solutions (including Snowflake).
- Develop and optimize complex data pipelines and integrations for Enterprise Data Warehouse, Operational Data Store, and Data Marts with focus on performance tuning and data governance.
- Oversee team deliverables, perform design reviews, manage release activities, and collaborate with global teams and product owners for timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering with expertise in Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data platform design.
- Strong technical skills on SQL and data warehouses (Oracle, Netezza, Teradata, SQL Server), cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS), and ETL tools such as IBM DataStage, SSIS, or BODS.
- Experience with data modeling (Relational, Dimensional, Data Vault), scheduling tools (Control-M), version control (Gitlab) and CI/CD processes.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in Data Engineering; Job Location: Bangalore; Role Type: Hybrid.

- Experienced data engineering manager capable of leading enterprise-scale data platform projects with cross-functional and global collaboration.
- Strong background in designing scalable, high-performance data pipelines and enterprise data architectures with compliance to data governance and security.
- Proven ability in executing technical leadership including risk management, resource coordination, agile practices, and incident resolution in financial industry environments (preferred).
