About This Role
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly global management financial reports for assigned entities.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate variances, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Support reporting automation, process improvements, and provide financial analysis and commentary to aid leadership decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in financial reporting, management reporting or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close processes, financial controls, and practical experience with SAP or similar ERP systems plus advanced Excel skills.
- Role is hybrid based in India, requiring regular on-site collaboration as agreed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end financial reporting processes with strong variance analysis and reconciliation skills.
- Familiar with working across multiple teams including shared service centers and external providers to maintain financial control.
- Has exposure to reporting automation, ERP updates, and providing clear management commentary for senior stakeholders.
