About This Role
- Manage full cycle general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities without discrepancies.
- Coordinate with auditors for interim audits and ensure compliance with SOX and internal control requirements.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) with variance analysis and respond to GL related queries from various teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Commerce Graduate / Semi-qualified CA / Qualified CA.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting and Record to Report (RTR) / Financial Reporting.
- Location requirement: Mumbai based candidates only.
- Workplace: Hybrid with shift starting at 6:30 AM; cab facility available for home pick up and drop.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in GL accounting and end-to-end RTR process.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and auditing processes including SOX compliance.
- Capable of detailed financial analysis and comfortable handling queries from multiple stakeholders.
