About This Role
- Build, operate, and maintain AI/ML engineering platform capabilities, tooling, frameworks, and infrastructure used across Deloitte’s AI investments.
- Lead design, development, testing, integration, and support of platform services ensuring high adoption, reliability, and developer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, SRE, security, governance) to ensure platform compliance, performance, and scalable production readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, machine learning, or related discipline.
- 5+ years software/platform engineering experience; mandatory strong Python skills.
- 3+ years designing/building AI/ML platforms including MLOps/LLMOps and model serving tools; 3+ years cloud-native engineering experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP with container orchestration.
- Experience with AI control-plane, enterprise data platform engineering, DevSecOps, SRE methodologies, and relevant engineering tools (e.g., GitHub, ArgoCD).

- Experienced in operating within enterprise-scale organizations and managing secure, compliant, and highly instrumented production platforms.
- Strong collaborator and technical advocate, skilled at engaging diverse stakeholders to align platform capabilities with strategic business and engineering needs.
