About This Role
- Design, architect, and build highly scalable backend systems serving millions of customers in a digital banking environment.
- Own critical platform components including API gateway platforms, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and security.
- Lead backend architecture standards, mentor engineers, and drive system performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in backend engineering and distributed systems development required.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or similar enterprise backend technologies.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, event-driven systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with API Gateway solutions, cloud-native architectures, containerization, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and production monitoring.
