About This Role
- Lead and develop multiple Enterprise Analytics partnerships across Tesco group functions, owning analytical roadmaps and delivering measurable business impact.
- Shape and manage analytics workplans, identifying and executing high-value programs that improve analytical maturity within partner functions.
- Provide thought leadership by solving complex business problems with advanced analytics, managing stakeholder expectations, and developing high-performing teams including mentoring managers.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 12+ years of experience in analytics leadership, preferably in retail, CPG, telecom, or hospitality domains.
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques such as linear regression, decision trees, random forest, XGBoost, and neural networks.
- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, Hive, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Work Experience Required: 10 to 12+ years in relevant analytics roles.
