About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, paginated reports, and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Build and optimize data models using Power BI (including DAX, Power Query) and implement row-level security.
- Publish and manage BI content in Power BI Service; provide training and support to users while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience building reports and dashboards with Microsoft Power BI.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query/M for data transformation and advanced calculations.
- Good understanding of relational databases, SQL querying, data modeling concepts, and experience integrating multiple data sources.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating business requirements into technical BI solutions and data models with attention to data governance and security.
- Capable of optimizing BI report performance and managing Power BI Service including content publishing and refresh scheduling.
- Comfortable working closely with stakeholders across business, data engineering, and analytics teams to align BI solutions with organizational goals.
