About This Role
- Lead and provide people management for a team of 5+ managers and their employees in Health & Dental claims operations in Bangalore, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Drive operational objectives including SLA adherence, quality, productivity, training, and compliance across Benefits Payment Office claims adjudication.
- Manage site operating budget, collaborate on forecasting and capacity planning, and foster a continuous improvement culture focused on customer-centric decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree or equivalent education/experience in operations management, business administration, or related field.
- 12-15+ years of leadership experience in financial services operations with a customer-centric focus.
- Experience managing 80-100+ associates and 8-10+ years managing managers.
- Workplace location: Onsite in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in financial services operations with deep understanding of Group Health & Dental claims (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven track record of managing large teams through multiple leadership layers and delivering SLA, quality, productivity, and financial targets.
- Strong change leadership, coaching ability, and collaboration skills to build high-performing, empowered teams in a psychologically safe environment.
