About This Role
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations including inventory receipt, storage, dispatch, and returns to ensure efficiency and meet business demands.
- Design, implement, and improve SOPs for warehouse and logistics processes ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate transportation scheduling, prioritize urgent orders, and manage timely dispatch to optimize logistics throughput and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience managing warehouse and logistics in fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Science (B.Sc), or related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Strong knowledge of GST, audit processes, and experience in invoice verification and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in genset industry or adjacent heavy equipment/manufacturing sectors with understanding of related logistics challenges.
- Proven track record in leading warehouse teams and process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Strong expertise in coordinating transportation, vendor management, and implementing warehouse SOPs aligned with compliance and quality standards.
