About This Role
- Lead and optimize end-to-end item creation and supplier onboarding processes ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity.
- Establish standardized workflows, manage SLAs, and drive continuous process improvements to support high-volume, time-sensitive merchandising operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchants, suppliers, digital ops, and inventory teams to ensure timely item setup, content deployment, and omnichannel readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Item Setup, Category and Catalogue Management.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Oracle RMS, PIM or related operating systems, and intermediate Excel skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience managing merchandising operations with a focus on item lifecycle, supplier collaboration, and digital/eCommerce integration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, implement operational workflows, and meet strict SLAs in a high-volume retail environment.
