About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-track cloud or SaaS customer projects managing timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Act as the primary customer interface, running status meetings, reporting (SLA, financials), and resolving escalations.
- Drive governance, risk management, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination to meet contractual obligations and delivery standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-9 years of project/program management experience in IT services, cloud, or enterprise software delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech) or MCA.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid.
- Experience with customer-facing projects for global enterprise clients and understanding of contracts, SLAs, and financial tracking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex cloud or digital transformation projects with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
- Experienced in contract compliance, revenue forecasting, and margin tracking within IT delivery.
- Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM and familiar with EDI and B2B integration solutions for cloud and SaaS environments.
