About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Trust & Safety specialists to ensure consistent execution of safety protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to uphold user safety and trust across products and services.
- Monitor compliance, investigate safety incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve trust and safety measures.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI).
- Relevant experience in Trust and Safety operations or related domain.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
- Certifications such as AZ-204 (Microsoft Azure Developer Associate), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, or equivalent are indicated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading specialized teams in Trust & Safety or Developer Operations environments.
- Skilled at managing operational compliance, incident resolution, and cross-team collaboration.
- Comfortable working in a variable shift remote setup with strong reporting and strategic decision-making capabilities.
