About This Role
- Lead talent sourcing for strategic, niche, and hard-to-fill roles across APAC, building and maintaining talent pipelines proactively.
- Own TA operations for APAC including interview scheduling, candidate communications, data quality, process governance, and technology adoption.
- Produce reporting, maintain compliance records, and collaborate with global TA Enablement team on process and technology initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or TA operations across multiple APAC markets.
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills; knowledge of LinkedIn Talent Insights and CRM tools.
- Hands-on ATS experience with strong data accuracy; Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred.
- Experience managing both long-term proactive sourcing and time-sensitive operational tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in sourcing and TA operations specifically within diverse APAC markets, ideally including India, Singapore, Australia, Japan, or Greater China.
- Strong familiarity with recruiting analytics, dashboards, reporting tools, and TA technology rollouts or process redesigns.
- Proficient in applying AI and automation solutions to recruiting workflows to improve efficiency and data quality.
