About This Role
- Drive and link training and development activities to organizational mission and vision across multiple properties.
- Design, deliver, and assess effectiveness of employee training programs focusing on product knowledge, customer service, leadership, and brand philosophy.
- Manage training budgets and collaborate with property leadership to address employee and organizational development needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Either 2-year degree with 2 years relevant experience or 4-year bachelor's degree; certified trainer mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in human resources or related field if holding a 2-year degree; no experience required with a 4-year degree.
- Location: Kochi, Kerala (on-site) at Lulu International Shopping Mall.
- Skills: Proven ability to administer and evaluate training programs; budget management experience.

- Experienced in hospitality or human resources training with a focus on employee development and guest satisfaction.
- Capable of aligning training initiatives with business goals and brand philosophy in a multi-property environment.
