About This Role
- Serve as the Digital Champion on the operations shop floor to facilitate adoption of new digital tools and support training, troubleshooting, and user guide creation.
- Lead digitization of historical physical records into a structured digital database and assist in cleaning and organizing production data for management analysis and dashboards.
- Manage operational coordination tasks including scheduling, meeting management, data entry, filing system audits, and supporting operations managers with reports and presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Must commit to a full-time internship for 3 to 6 months.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive); familiarity with Google AppSheet, Looker Studio, or PowerBI is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Able to translate complex technological tools into simple, patient explanations for non-tech-savvy users, acting as a bridge between digital and operational teams.
- Highly organized with a passion for creating structured, audit-ready filing systems from messy or unstructured information.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across hierarchy from Plant Managers to Production Operators, indicating strong interpersonal effectiveness in operations environments.
