About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI (Web) and API testing using tools like Playwright.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Analyze requirements to identify test scenarios for automation and participate in test planning and automation strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-13 years of experience in QA Automation with strong UI and API automation expertise.
- Proficiency in Python (including pandas, pyodbc), SQL (complex queries), and Unix/Linux scripting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Experience with test management tools (Rally, JIRA, Qtest) and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced QA Automation Engineer skilled in building scalable and stable automation frameworks with modern tools, preferably Playwright.
- Strong background in data handling including Oracle databases, data warehousing, and analytical querying.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with product, development, and QA teams to embed automation in development lifecycle and improve testing efficiency.
