About This Role
- Manage and maintain accurate employee data and HR records, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer and optimize HR operations using Workday, benefits administration, leave management, and employee support queries within SLAs.
- Track and analyze HR metrics like new hires, diversity, conversion rates, and attrition to improve HR processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations, specifically supporting the Indian market.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
