About This Role
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for scalable web and cloud native platforms, including functional specifications, user stories, and high-level designs.
- Lead and mentor a scrum team of 2 to 5 engineers, managing agile execution, skill development, and team morale.
- Maintain hands-on involvement by coding, reviewing, resolving complex design dependencies, and aligning with architecture and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
- Strong full-stack development skills with expertise in C# .NET Web API, React JS, and deep SQL knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure, with AWS experience highly valued.
- Work Location: Chennai, India (In-office mode).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing agile software projects end-to-end including planning, resource mapping, and project status reporting.
- Skilled in building secure, reliable applications and working with APIs, JSON, XML, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical contributions and mentoring within a mid-sized engineering team.
