About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable, cloud-native applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and MongoDB.

Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of application development experience.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, and Cloud Platforms.
- Experience with distributed systems, scalability, performance optimization, and transaction management.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, architecture reviews, and mentoring engineers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical leader able to influence cross-organizational technology direction and align with enterprise architecture.
- Experienced in AI-first software engineering practices and using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Lightspeed.
- Skilled in designing resilient, secure, and high-performance distributed systems in a cloud-native environment.
