About This Role
- Ensure timely, profitable, and quality material delivery that meets customer expectations.
- Manage project aspects including design quality planning, sourcing planning, logistics planning, and supply chain scheduling.
- Collaborate effectively with sales teams and stakeholders to handle order verification, change management, and supply line claims.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of total work experience.
- Bachelor's degree (B.E) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) mandatory; other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel worldwide and flexibility with working hours due to global project time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in a global matrix organization with strong collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Competence with project management tools and preferably project management experience.
- Customer-focused with strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle sourcing decisions, negotiations, and stakeholder interaction.
