About This Role
- Accountable for defining and prioritizing business requirements for the Insurance Accounting product within Fund Accounting and Administration platform, ensuring alignment with accounting, regulatory, and client needs.
- Lead complex product initiatives, business analysis, and functional design related to insurance accounting and reporting, delivering measurable business outcomes and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, oversee delivery through agile teams, and support client onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications like CPA or CFA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience as a business Product Owner, product leader, or senior business analyst supporting financial or insurance accounting platforms.
- Strong experience in insurance and/or investment accounting including complex asset classes; knowledge of investment lifecycle data flows.
- Experience leading in an agile software development environment and working with clients and stakeholders; no hands-on software development required.
