About This Role
- Manage and oversee the global invoice billing process including invoice preparation, review, and OOPS invoicing for multiple geographies and business areas.
- Lead and develop a large team to ensure accuracy, quality, timely delivery, and strong control environment in billing operations.
- Drive process re-engineering, standardization, and automation initiatives within the invoicing function.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance; CPA qualification mandatory.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in invoice management within a global billing function at a large financial services institution.
- Experience with billing for custody services, sub-custodian services, trust services, out of pocket expense billing, and asset management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills; knowledge of billing systems and financial architectures (GL, sub-GL).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership in building and maintaining invoice functions across multiple geographies with strong control frameworks (including SOX and RCSA controls).
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex teams and make decisions while driving operational efficiency in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Experience in process re-engineering, standardization, and automation within large financial institutions' billing operations.
