About This Role
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes for the Gurgaon location ensuring timely fulfillment of positions.
- Lead and mentor a team, facilitating multi-tasking, prioritization, and adherence to hiring deadlines.
- Maintain collaboration with Operations, managers, and vendors; manage candidate database and ensure positive candidate experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a three-year college or university.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Location requirement: Gurgaon, India; ability to work a flexible schedule with occasional travel.
