About This Role
- Build financial models, valuations, cash flow projections, and investment analyses for real estate transactions.
- Conduct market research and prepare client-facing investment memorandums, pitch books, valuation reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with clients, investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders to support investment sales and capital advisory across multiple real estate asset classes.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Capital Markets, Valuation, Real Estate Advisory, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Argus is a plus.
- Preferred qualifications: MBA (Finance), CA, CFA Level I, or relevant finance/real estate background.
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling.
- Experience or interest in commercial real estate investment analysis and market research.
