About This Role
- Lead design and shaping of large-scale airline or airport operations IT deals exceeding $10M, coordinating sales, delivery, and product teams to develop executable solutions.
- Engage directly with airline and airport CXOs to facilitate workshops, co-create transformation programs, and align stakeholders around business and IT goals.
- Develop and promote industry thought leadership, including best practices, case studies, and participate in industry forums to build credibility.
Minimum Requirements
- 13-15 years of experience, ideally 12-18+ years in consulting, IT solutioning, or airline/airport operations leadership.
- Proven experience in shaping and closing large transformation deals in airline or airport operations IT.
- Deep domain knowledge in airline operations (Flight Ops, Crew, OCC, Ground Handling, Maintenance, Safety & Compliance) and airport operations (APOC, passenger handling, airside/terminal operations).
- Preferred MBA or equivalent; background in Engineering, Aviation, or IT.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced at operating in large-scale aviation transformation deals with direct CXO-level engagement and influence.
- Strong deal shaping, solution design, and bid management capability combined with the ability to translate operational pain points into IT roadmaps.
- Comfortable bridging business outcomes with technology enablement, demonstrating executive presence and strategic advisory skills in aviation technology consulting.
