About This Role
- Own and manage ERP module implementations and enhancements for specific business functions ensuring adherence to functional, non-functional requirements and SDLC best practices.
- Lead business requirements gathering, solution design, and change management initiatives to drive user adoption and optimize business process alignment with ERP capabilities.
- Act as functional liaison between business, technical teams, and vendors; oversee system performance, SLA compliance, and vendor delivery quality for successful ERP operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years experience in ERP implementation and operations, including 5+ years specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT/Computer) or equivalent; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- Relevant Microsoft D365 certification for the functional module.
- Experience in Retail, Jewellery, or Fashion industry domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end ERP life cycle with a strong focus on D365 functional and technical integration.
- Capable of bridging functional and technical teams, managing multiple stakeholders and vendors for seamless ERP run and growth operations.
- Skilled in process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and translating business needs into ERP functional specifications aligned with strategic objectives.
