About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large, complex cross-functional business and technology projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable benefits.
- Manage project scope, schedules, financials, resources, and governance frameworks including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and benefits tracking.
- Engage senior stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience delivering medium to large projects independently.
- Domain experience in telecommunications, digital transformation, or large-scale technology delivery.
- Proven skills in program/project management, governance, risk management, financial control, and benefits realization.
- Preferred certifications include PMI PMP®, PRINCE2® Practitioner; Agile Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex program and portfolio governance processes with strong financial and value realization capabilities.
- Comfortable operating in hybrid and Agile SAFe delivery environments with expertise in stakeholder engagement and executive influence.
- Ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects in telecommunications or digital transformation domains with focus on controlling risks, dependencies, and ensuring operational readiness.
