About This Role
- Lead research activities including earned media analysis, social listening, influencer identification, data modeling, and predictive analytics supporting new business efforts.
- Manage regular and ad hoc reporting (daily to quarterly) measuring KPIs and providing optimization insights for client projects, including crisis monitoring.
- Mentor and guide Junior Analysts while advising agency account teams on research and analytics needs to influence business strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of analytics and insight experience, ideally with exposure to agency environment.
- Experience with social listening tools (e.g., Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Meltwater, Quid) and ability to write complex Boolean queries.
- Experience in paid social media advertising reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in data visualization, storytelling, statistics, web and social media analytics with ability to link insights to business objectives.
- Prior experience working with consumer-facing brands and managing brand monitoring projects, preferably in agency contexts.
- Demonstrated leadership through mentoring junior team members and providing strategic counsel to senior leadership.
