About This Role
- Lead end-to-end migration of large-scale on-premises databases and data warehouses to Snowflake Cloud Data Platform covering architecture, design, development, testing, cutover, and stabilization phases.
- Design and implement Snowflake target architecture including databases, schemas, compute, security controls, and migration strategy including migration waves, rollback, and stabilization.
- Hands-on development and optimization using Snowflake SQL, SnowSQL, stored procedures, streams, tasks; also re-engineer ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure data security and compliance with healthcare data privacy requirements.

- Prior experience working with healthcare data/platforms including knowledge of patient/member data, claims, clinical data, EHR/EMR, HIPAA, PHI/PII, or related healthcare compliance.
