About This Role
- Own end-to-end quality engineering and test execution for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform enterprise applications, focusing on Dataverse, security roles, workflows, integrations, and configuration-driven releases.
- Lead requirements analysis, test planning, defect triage, and cross-functional coordination including UAT support and collaboration with developers and product owners.
- Mentor QA analysts and manage reusable test assets and data while overseeing large projects or products with moderate management oversight.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years in QA/Quality Engineering with recent lead-level responsibility.
- Hands-on testing experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and knowledge of security roles, workflows/business process flows, and integration testing.
- Experience testing APIs and enterprise integrations using Postman or similar tools; familiarity with Azure DevOps test plans and release pipelines.
- Preferred: Power Platform testing experience (Power Apps, Power Automate) and automation exposure (ACCELQ, Selenium, Playwright or comparable).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced QA leader with deep Dynamics 365 and Power Platform domain expertise, capable of translating complex business processes into test scenarios.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead large-scale testing efforts with moderate oversight while mentoring junior analysts.
- Familiarity with insurance distribution, CRM, sales, policy, commission workflows, and Dynamics data migration and reconciliation is advantageous.
