About This Role
- Architect and design digital products using modern tools and frameworks, owning the product through its lifecycle to achieve KPIs.
- Lead medium to large software engineering teams including planning, evaluating, and counseling team members.
- Drive technical leadership activities such as shaping architecture, establishing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating across product portfolios with product managers and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience (Preferred).
- 4 year Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Preferred).
- Supervisory experience required (managing medium to large teams).
- Shift B timing applicable for India location.

- Experienced in both technical leadership and people management within software development contexts.
- Able to contribute to product scoping and translate user features into system design effectively.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with product management and other technical teams to align strategy and execution.
