About This Role
- Develop and operate an internal AI platform enhancing developer workflows including code assistance, PR reviews, test generation, and automation.
- Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD and developer toolchains with quality gates ensuring compliance with HIPAA/GxP and FedRAMP standards.
- Build AI-assisted operations for observability and incident management to reduce mean time to recovery (MTTR) and measure impact on engineering throughput and operational outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in software, platform, DevEx, or SRE/operations engineering with recent hands-on LLM/AI application experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python plus one of Java or TypeScript.
- Experience operating in regulated environments with knowledge of HIPAA, GxP, FedRAMP compliance including boundary separation and auditability.
- Experience building/productionizing AI-assisted developer tooling and AI-assisted operations on monitoring stacks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building internal developer platforms and integrated AI tools tightly coupled with developer toolchains (CI/CD, code review).
- Comfortable navigating regulated software domains such as clinical, federal, or financial sectors with strong guardrails expertise.
- Operates with measurable outcome focus improving engineering throughput, operational reliability while maintaining compliance standards.
