About This Role
- Own end-to-end feature development and system reliability within a product pod using Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient backend services and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and debugging while mentoring junior engineers and supporting production systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of full stack experience with a backend-heavy focus.
- Strong production experience with Node.js and TypeScript including owning services end-to-end.
- Proficient in MongoDB schema design, indexing, and complex aggregation.
- Experience operating systems under real load with strong debugging skills across backend, frontend (React/Flutter), and database layers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Pragmatic engineer who values simplicity over complexity and makes sound build vs reuse vs open-source decisions.
- Experience with fintech, wealth-tech, or SEBI-regulated products is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on with AWS services (CloudWatch, ECS, Lambda, SQS, etc.) and daily use of AI-assisted coding workflows.
