About This Role
- Deliver full-stack prototypes end-to-end in 2–8 week sprints including front end, back end, APIs, data, cloud deployment, and AI components.
- Develop and test AI-powered solutions using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, and automation on real user problems with measurable success criteria.
- Shape technical direction, maintain engineering foundations with reusable components and CI/CD, mentor engineers, and ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams within governance frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years professional experience delivering full-stack web applications end-to-end.
- Strong front-end skills in React and TypeScript or similar frameworks; back-end skills in .NET/C#, Node.js, or Python; experience with RESTful APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on cloud-native development experience, preferably on Microsoft Azure, with experience in building LLM-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or similar.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly develop working prototypes from scratch with real user testing and iteration.
- Experience in innovation labs, R&D, startups, rapid product teams, or software-product companies with sustained multi-year impact.
- Comfortable collaborating across US-India time zones with strong communication skills to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
