About This Role
- Design and develop scalable, efficient front-end and back-end systems in a multi-tenant SaaS environment using JS, React, Ember, and Django.
- Lead technical design initiatives and collaborate across a geographically distributed remote team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects while maintaining high code quality through PR reviews and testing.
- Utilize AI tools as part of daily software development processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficient with JavaScript, React, Ember, Python, and Django in a multi-tenant SaaS setup.
- Experience with Git/GitHub workflows, Docker for local development, and writing robust tests.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in India; no visa sponsorship or contractor arrangements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full-stack development specifically in SaaS products with tenant isolation knowledge.
- Comfortable working remotely in a distributed environment and leading technical efforts.
- Familiarity with Django REST Framework, background job queues, payments integration, AWS basics, and frontend SPA frameworks is a strong advantage.
