About This Role
- Lead automation engineering efforts focusing on end-to-end RPA development and deployment using UI Path and Power Platform.
- Collaborate with process experts to design, analyze, and implement process improvement initiatives and automation solutions.
- Manage and support automation projects including requirement gathering, design review, proof of concepts, coding, peer reviews, and change requests delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years of relevant experience with RPA tools and automation, ideally with a computer-related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands-on experience in UI Path and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot).
- Knowledge of RE Framework, Document Understanding, AI Center, AI Agents, Orchestrator, API, Azure DevOps, and SQL databases.
- Experience managing team members and working on finance-related processes. Location: Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full lifecycle RPA delivery with practical skills in developing, deploying, and supporting automation bots independently.
- Strong expertise in both UI Path and Microsoft Power Platform with a technical background supportive of integration and API knowledge.
- Comfortable handling cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and leading a team within tight timelines in a finance process context.
