About This Role
- Own end-to-end AI platform deliverables including design, build, launch, and ongoing operation with clear SLOs and measurable outcomes.
- Design and operate platform capabilities such as LLM gateways, retrieval systems, agents, developer tooling, evaluation frameworks, and inline guardrails ensuring secure AI execution and operational reliability.
- Partner cross-functionally to enable product and engineering teams to adopt AI platform capabilities independently via clean interfaces, documentation, and migration paths.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience building or operating production retrieval systems, agent platforms, AI tooling, or AI-enabled capabilities relied on by users.
- Strong software engineering background in designing and operating distributed systems with understanding of consistency, concurrency, resilience, security, and rollout risks.
- Proven ownership of platform/product capabilities from problem definition to production launch and ongoing reliability in a production environment with on-call and incident response experience.
- Location: Hyderabad, India with hybrid working model (2-3 days in office weekly).

- Experienced in building reliable, measurable, production-ready AI platforms with strong focus on operational excellence and measurable success criteria.
- Skilled at integrating security and multi-tenancy controls into AI platform capabilities with an emphasis on least-privilege access, auditability, and policy enforcement.
- Able to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, security, and SRE teams to design scalable, widely adopted platform services with reusable technical patterns and documentation.
